Tune the title was surprised to see? There is nothing to be surprised. Now you can lock your computer / laptop's USB. Also without any kind of software. This is an important tool for personal computer privacy. Just because you can copy the personal files of your computer without any permission to copy it, you will only be able to understand.

With this trick you can lock your computer's USB port. As a result, when you have a USB drive on your computer, it will only open in read-only mode. This means that only those files can be seen on that pen drive / memory card but nothing can be copied. This means that no one can copy your personal files to your destination.

How does it work?

This is done by editing Microsoft's registry. But you do not need to edit the registry using any code. I have already prepared two files for you. Let's see how it works.

You can see two files to open the folder. A name is Disable USB Write and the other is Enable USB Write. Notice the following image:

Now click Disable USB Write and merge it. Now you can only see a pen drive / memory on your computer. But no file can be copied in it. This will protect your privacy.
When you need to copy to your USB again, click Enable USB Write. Now you can copy the data in your computer, by using a pen drive / memory card.
When you go to your computer, just click on the Disable USB Write file and merge it. And of course, keep both of the files in a safe drive.

টিউনের টাইটেলটি দেখে কি অবাক হয়েছেন? অবাক হওয়ার কিছুই নেই। এখন আপনি আপনার কম্পিউটারের/ল্যাপটপের ইউএসবি লক করে রাখতে পারবেন। তাও আবার কোন ধরনের সফটওয়্যার ছাড়াই। নিজস্ব কম্পিউটারের প্রাইভেসির জন্য এটি একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মাধ্যম। কারণ আপনার কম্পিউটারের পার্সোনাল ফাইল আপনার অনুমতি ব্যতীত অন্য কেউ কপি করে নিয়ে গেলে কি ধরনের ক্ষতি হতে পারে তা একমাত্র আপনি-ই উপলব্ধি করতে পারবেন।

এই ট্রিক্সটির মাধ্যমে আপনি আপনি আপনার কম্পিউটারের ইউএসপি পোর্ট লক করে রাখতে পারবেন। যার ফলে আপনার কম্পিউটারে কোন ইউএসবি ড্রাইভ লাগালে এটি শুধুমাত্র রিড অনলি মোডে চালু হবে। অর্থ্যাৎ উক্ত পেনড্রাইভ/মেমেরি কার্ডে শুধুমাত্র ফাইলগুলো দেখা যাবে কিন্তু কোন কিছু কপি করা যাবে না। অর্থ্যাৎ কেউ আপনার অনুপস্থিতে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত ফাইল কপি করতে পারবে না।
কিভাবে এটি কাজ করে?
এটি মাইক্রোসফট এর রেজিষ্ট্রি এডিট করার মাধ্যমে করা হয়। কিন্তু আপনাকে কোন কোড ব্যবহার করে রেজিষ্ট্রি এডিট করা লাগবে না। আমি আপনাদের সুবিধার জন্য ইতোমধ্যে দুইটি ফাইল তৈরি করে রেখেছি। চলুন দেখে নেওয়া যাক কীভাবে কাজ করবে।
প্রথমে আমার দেওয়া ফাইল দুটি ডাউনলোড করুন।
ফোল্ডারটি অপেন করার জন্য আপনি দুইটি ফাইল দেখতে পারবেন। একটি নাম Disable USB Write এবং অপরটির নাম Enable USB Write। নিচের চিত্র লক্ষ্য করুন:

এখন Disable USB Write এ ক্লিক করে মার্জ করে দিন। এখন আপনার কম্পিউটারের কোন পেনড্রাইভ/মেমোরি লাগালে তা শুধুমাত্র দেখা যাবে। কিন্তু তার মধ্যে কোন ফাইল কপি করা যাবে না। এতে আপনার প্রাইভেসি রক্ষা হবে।
আবার যখন আপনার ইউএসবি তে কপি করার  প্রয়োজন হবে তখন Enable USB Write এ ক্লিক করুন।
 দেখবেন এখন আপনার কমিপউটারে কোন পেনড্রাইভ/মেমোরি কার্ড লাগালে তার মধ্যে ডেটা কপি করতে পারবেন।
আপনি যখন আপনার কম্পিউটার রেখে কোথায় যাবেন, জাষ্ট Disable USB Write ফাইলটি ক্লিক করে মার্জ করে দিন। আর অবশ্যই ফাইল দুটোকে কোন নিরাপদ ড্রাইভে রেখে দিবেন।
